Like most tech companies, Bumble moves fast. The company was building and flying its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy plane at the same time. Bumble hired the APC Collective to fine-tune its first DEI strategy. That included creating a DEI narrative, providing recommendations on how to structure its DEI teams and workstreams and ways to ensure its brand, app features and events were more inclusive. The APC Collective brought Amaris on to be part of its collective of marketers, providing counsel on strategy and execution.
