Being (arguably) THE coffee giant, Starbucks needed help figuring out how to truly show up as the inclusive company it claimed to be – across all of its stores and partners – around the world. Amaris led interviews with 50+ stakeholders from the C-suite to entry-level, to understand how the company operated and thought about diversity and inclusion. And, helped develop a framework to ensure everything – from its suppliers to the menus – represented the culture and flavor of everyone it served.
